CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) is a truncated and stabilised analogue of endogenous GHRH. Unlike the DAC-modified version, it does not bind to albumin and therefore has a shorter half-life, producing more pulsatile growth hormone release patterns that more closely mimic physiological GH secretion. This makes it a valuable tool for researchers studying the kinetics of GHRH receptor activation, pulsatile GH secretion, and the downstream effects on the GH/IGF-1 axis in in vitro and ex vivo models.
